A trip to USA and visited Chris’s company, Left in the morning and arrived late afternoon in Colorado, Chris picked up Gavin (founder of our company), they know each other a couple of years since we worked with our partner(a company in US cheated us and disappeared)who was the middle person between Chris and us, second day we have a meeting with some of the sales and after that Gavin invited to take a photo, TED(one of the partners in Chris company)advised we would have many people take photo with you, that was wonderful, look at everybody, all young and smile face, TED prepared gift also, a very warm and thoughtful boss! In 2013, Chris came to china the 1st with my partner, they arrived late and still insisted to inspect the production, he was very cautious on every details, on the material, color, weight and quality, there was not a proper scale to weigh the product, then we called many friends since it was too late to buy one, while he still insisted since he need to give feedback to the company, and finally we found one and make sure everything was 100%, he got relaxed and expressed appreciate to us
