Die Pfoten Junkies

So, mal ein aktueller Zwischenstand - Ich habe am Freitag Euphrasia besorgt und auch damit angefangen das 3 Mal am Tag bei Beau einzutropfen. Ich hatte heute Abend aber trotz allem noch ein Tierarzt Termin ausgemacht, da ich für mich sicher sein wollte, dass das alles noch nicht so weit fortgeschritten oder schlimm ist.

Es war gut dass ich beim Tierarzt war, denn die Bindehautentzündung ist doch schon recht akut. Der Tierarzt war sofort einig mit, dass wir nicht über zu lange Zeit die Cortison Tropfen geben. Allerdings muss zur ersten Behandlung die Eintropfung mit den Dexa Gentamicin Tropfen erfolgen, da Beau mittlerweile schon immer wieder mit der Pfote an den Augen kratzt und sich beim ansehen des dritten Augenlids heute rausstellte dass es stark gerötet und entzunden ist. Beau bekommt nun 3 Tage 4 Mal am Tag die Cortison Tropfen.

Dann will der Tierarzt, dass ich die Euphrasia Tropfen zwei Mal am Tag mit eintropfe im Wechsel zu dem Cortison - sprich so dass es 2x am Tag Cortison Tropfen sind und 2x am Tag Euphrasia. Das so über zwei Tage hinweg. Und dann wird das Cortison immer weiter reduziert so dass ich die Reströtungen nur noch mit dem Euphrasia behandle.

Ich denke das ist eine gute Lösung und ein guter Vorschlag und ich bin gespannt ob wir so bis Wochenende hin das meiste der Entzündungen wieder im Griff haben....

Manchmal muß es Chemie sein und das würde ich auch bei den Augen wirklich beachten...
