Even with the few foods that you do cut out there is still such a variety of things that you can eat that you don't miss them much. Suzanne Somers' has created a balanced plan so your body is receiving the necessary nutrients that it needs. Once you reach your goal weight through level one then you move on to level two. At this level you are maintaining what weight you have lost. You do this with moderation. At this stage you are learning to balance what you eat so you can enjoy all foods.
